Day 1: Coastal Wonders · Oyster Feast · Water Adventures
Depart Sydney in the morning and journey south toward Wollongong’s stunning lookout point, where sweeping views of NSW’s spectacular South Coast unfold beneath your feet. For lunch, indulge in a deluxe seafood platter at a local oyster farm—freshly shucked oysters and juicy prawns paired with brilliant sunshine make for the perfect coastal feast.
In the afternoon, arrive in Batemans Bay and check into your beachfront hotel. Then dive into an optional water adventure—kayaking or other water activities—gliding through tranquil bays and secret rainforest waterways. With an expert guide leading the way, keep an eye out for diverse marine wildlife in the crystal-clear waters. As evening falls, stroll back to the hotel area and enjoy a relaxed dinner at any seaside restaurant of your choice.
Day 2: Iconic Rock Formations · Seal Cruise · Sunset Views
Start your morning with a seaside breakfast accompanied by soaring seagulls and gentle ocean waves. Continue your journey south to admire the extraordinary Camel Rock and Horsehead Rock—jaw-dropping natural sculptures shaped over millions of years, resembling a resting camel and a horse drinking from the sea.
Then step into a charming heritage town that feels like a time capsule from the 19th century. In the afternoon, embark on a thrilling seal-watching cruise. This region is home to 3,000–4,000 wild seals from both Australia and New Zealand, offering a rare chance to watch them diving, rolling, and playing just metres away.
After the cruise, head to a panoramic lookout for breathtaking views of the coastline and snap a photo with the famous Australia-shaped rock formation. Return to Batemans Bay at sunset, with dinner at your leisure.
Day 3: Wildlife Encounters · Creamery Tasting · Garden Winery
After a relaxing beachfront breakfast, visit Mogo Wildlife Park to meet giraffes, rhinos, lions, and other incredible African animals up close. Continue to a popular local creamery to sample rich, silky ice cream and freshly made dairy treats—pure indulgence for your taste buds.
Around midday, arrive at an award-winning garden winery, crowned among the best in both 2024 and 2025. Enjoy wine tasting surrounded by picturesque vineyards, and treat yourself to an elegant Western-style lunch (at your own expense).
In the afternoon, sit back and enjoy the scenic drive as you return to Sydney, concluding your refreshing three-day South Coast getaway.
